new to fitness pal

Hi, My name is Diane. I had been her before, but not for a very long time. I decided it was time to start again and hope I last a long time. I have rejoined my chair fitness class again, which is sitting, standing, strengthening, balance, and some cardio. Low impact for people with arthritis, disabilities, fibromyalgia and anything else if you can't do a hard core cardio. It is taught by a personal trainer.
I'm 65 years young, live in Iowa, semiretired Register Nurse. I work 3 days a week only. Married, three kids, 11 grandkids and two great grandkids. Glad I'm here.
