Just ate a hard boiled egg and added it to my diary and a message piped up and said this has a lot of calcium is that good?? The message was in a green box

    One large hard boiled egg has about 25g of calcium. I would not call that "a lot". 1 cup of milk has about 276.

    Calcium is a necessary nutrient so getting enough is good.

    Those are supposed to be just little helpful hints, not warnings. I ignore them.

    Their "warnings" are a more orange color and will pop up when you eat over a certain amount of fat, sugar, carbs, etc. Like beemerphile said, I ignore both messages.
