I'm sure some have and I'm also sure most forum members would advise against it. At best it will do nothing for you and at worst it could kill you.
There is no magic pill for weight loss.0 -
Phenobestin appears to be an herbal supplement which claims to suppress appetite.
Since it doesn't require a prescription, I'd be very questioning of its composition, purity, & effectiveness.
Here's one review:
http://www.populardietpills.net/phenobestin-37-5/
It's poorly written and really doesn't contain much useful info, other than giving the supposed ingredients.
This tells me that phenobestin is a fad, another bit of woo:
"Positive comments can be found on eBay, where different retailers sell Phenobestin 37.5.
You can also found some good reviews on different weight loss forums, social medias and Youtube."
I searched PubMed http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed
and it returned NO results.
So whatever this supplement is, it has not been scientifically tested.
There's another red flag.
I've used the actual prescription appetite suppressant phentermine, with no problems, and it was a godsend.
I went from being hungry pretty much all the time to not.
That let me learn what was a normal serving, a normal amount to eat at a meal, and my body reset its hunger
mechanism to what my doctor tells me is a normal level, so I'm hungry if I haven't eaten in a reasonable time.
It doesn't do anything to "burn more calories", it does NOTHING except suppress appetite.0 -
BTW, you say you're only 30 lb overweight.

Not a time to use any "diet pill".
Appetite suppressants (such as phentermine) are approved for people who are obese,
or who are overweight but have other health problems related to weight.0 -
I have been using this for the past 5 days and it seems to be really helpful. I have a lot of energy but not jittery at all. I have been eating plenty but I have NO cravings for sweets which I usually do and have plenty of access to. Today I walked past a table of cookies and donuts and was not tempted in the least.0
