Insanity and Running

I just started insanity this past Monday. So as of tomorrow I will be done my first week of insanity. I am also going to be starting to train for a full marathon in 2 weeks. I have done 2 half marathons. I believe that insanity will really help me to build lean muscle to help me lose a few lbs and also to help me with running. I plan to follow an 18 week training plan with running about 3-4 days a week. My marathon is November 18 in Las Vegas. Any suggestions on what is the best way to do combine insanity and marathon training? I hear some people skip the easier works outs or run at a later point in the day? Anyone else run and do insanity? I need some advice!!!

  • tomorrow is also my day 6 for insanity. I will also start running tomorrow. I plan to run 3-4week along with insanity. I will do one in the morning and one in the evening. I need to lose 40 pounds so I hope this helps;.
