It's time for a better me!

My name is Liz and today is my first day on the journey for a better me. I've tried getting healthy before but it's always been about getting skinny, this time I just want to be healthy and happy with myself. So here it goes, my start weight is 230 and my goal weight is 160. I'm really willing to do everything it takes this time and I'm so excited to see where this journey takes me! Looking for encouragement anywhere I can get it and any tips that might help me along the way! Thanks in advance guys!

I know you can do it liz. This is the first step. This is working for me and if you have an off day or two just remember to keep on trying success will come. I feel like a different person after 26 pounds off. Good luck to you feel free to friend me. I am a great cheerleader!0

Hi Liz you can do it! I'm starting to be healthy again. I want to compete with my dog in agility which would really help if I dropped some weight and was in better shape. Encouragement is always good!0
