Hey guys!! I'm looking for others like me trying to stay in shape eating dining hall food :smile:

    The university where I work has actually partnered with MyFitnessPal. Most of our dining hall food is in the app. It's also listed at each of the food stations and on the dining website. Maybe your university does something similar? It makes it pretty easy to make smart choices.

    My dining hall (2004-2008) would post the nutritional information on the wall of the dining hall. You'd have to go looking for it, but it was there. You might be able to ask for it as well.
