Finally getting back on track after a long time away.

Quick question....do you recommend "eating" the calories gained from working out each day??

    You will get different responses. Typically it depends where you get your burn amt from. If it is mfp then eat only about 25-75%. You can track for a few weeks and see how you lose and go from there. If you use a fitness tracker depending on the one you use you can eat more because they will be a little more dependable.
