Breakfast first or after

i read in a magazine today that exercise before breakfast gets the metabolism kicking in faster .
I was under the impression that you should start the day with breakfast.
Which is best.

    I generally prefer something small about 20 minutes pre workout (one toast slice with peanut butter and banana) then my 'real' breakfast afterwards.

    I'm usually running late so I tend to have my breakfast after my morning workout. And honestly this works better for me anyway.

    But I think its overall a matter of preference.

    I eat 1/2 cup cheerios before my workout at 6AM. Then about 1.5 hrs later a little something more.

    This is almost exactly what I do.

    Whatever works for you. If I workout in the morning, I usually eat after. Some people don't eat breakfast at all, either.

    Yeah... that's bunk. Meal timing doesn't make a material difference.

    The reason I eat my meals after my morning work out is because I hate feeling full at the gym
