My past history includes being a personal trainer:fitness instructor, a PE teacher and swimming the channel. Now, with 2 very young children, I am struggling to find the time to exercise. It's killing me! Would like to shift pounds and need motivation!

    Congratulations on your new arrivals. I have two boys, now school age. I find exercise DVDs (or you tube) are my saviour. If you can squeeze in a 20 min workout while they nap or watch TV you are onto a winner. Kettle bells are brill for short but effective workouts too. Also long walks with buggy are great. Good luck.
