    Get a Heart Rate Monitor. Don't trust the MFP calorie-burn estimator. It's usually WAY off. I doubt you burned 1100 calories. I do Zumba class, high intensity, for 60 minutes and my HRM says that I burn around 400 in an hour. And I'm probably chunkier than you, which means I probably burn more cals per workout.:smile:

    I tend to agree. I readjust my workout calories based on the machines at my gym - not what MFP states. And I also have a comprehensive list of calories I should be ranging in for certain exercises compiled from a variety of sources. So I plug in what I know was burned per exercise. :)
