I lost 19 pounds, still a long way to go to 200 pounds

Hey everyone.
I started my journey in October 2015. I joined a gym. And slowly began changing my diet.
I lost 19 pounds so far. My starting weight was 275 and now im 256.
Progress -
My energy levels are up.
My skin is clearer.
Old clothes fit better
And most importantly - my progress has influenced my sedentary mom to start exercising.

I hope you all are progressing well.
Im interested to chat and support others as well.

And btw - this app is great for calorie counting. Im trying my best to stay below 1700cal per day and so far so good.

    I think this is great! We are close I started 300 and am down to 273, all of the things you mentioned have happened to me (best part is energy level). I am proud of you! 6 pounds to a major goal of under 250 You can do it! Feel free to add for friends I promise to be a motivator!
