14-days into my meal plan, I am doing portion control and working out. Hardest thing for me is drinking water, sometimes I just have to down it to get it into me. Don't have a lot of weight to lose just looking into maintaining and fitting into my summer clothes for my first family vacation in16 years.

I have gained about 10-15 lbs because of job change and now I sit all day and do nothing at work. (Netflix is my friend) I do try to move around as much as I can during work, sometimes it's impossible.

I enjoy MFP and the community.
