What are your favorite restaurant meals with known nutrition data?

I'm still practicing at estimating calories when we eat out, so for now I'm sticking to restaurants that post their nutritional info for date night with my hubby. What are your favorite restaurants with nutrition data, and which dishes do you feel like you get a lot of bang for your calorie buck?
I'll go first:
Victoria filet from Outback Steakhouse, 6 oz, 220 calories
Side of broccoli, 120 cal
Side of asparagus, 60 cal

I found that most restaurants that post nutrition data are not very fancy. So for date night, I like to pick a nice restaurant, but order the thing on the menu with the lowest fat and highest protein, something like a chicken breast or salmon fillet over rice with steamed veggies. Other things that fit the criteria are Ahi salad with dressing on the side, fish tacos on soft corn tortilla etc...0

Olive Garden Seafood Brodetto--480 cal, salad no dressing and no croutons and of course, no breadsticks0
