Here I am again. This is not my first rodeo folks. 3 years ago I did great, I lost over 75lbs, then work and stress happened, and I crept right back to where I had started. Some things I learned the first time around:
1. consistency is key
2. One bad day does not destroy everything, just start over again tomorrow.
3. Obsessively checking the scale is not a good thing.
4 . Water. . .WATER. . . WATER!!!!
5 . 80% of this battle is mental, I don't need to eat a cheeseburger because I am hungry, I need protein and veggies. Food is fuel, not a crutch.
So here I am again starting back at square one, okay well maybe square -25; however, the starting point doesn't matter!
Thanks for looking!
