how are people copeing with the calorie allowance??

The foods im eating i seem to be contantly stuffed.so using much less than my allowance...!!

    Eat foods that are higher in calories. Balance things out.

    I eat my normal foods within my calorie goal.

    if not allergic, nut butters are good for filling unwanted calorie deficits

    Are you meeting protein and fat goals? Nuts, nut butters, olive oil, avocado, full fat dairy, eggs
