Mustards

I have recently been enjoying eating plain old mustard instead of sugary catsup or mayo or higher fat salad dressings on foods. I'm enjoying the vinegary/tangy flavor. Anyway, on the mustard container it says 0 calories per teaspoon. I know that there is a trick to this -- and I usually eat 2 to 3 tablespoons (not teaspoons), for example over a big slice of turkey meatloaf, or on a grilled chicken/vegie/ezekial bread brown rice tortilla. So how many calories/carbs in 3 tablespoons of mustard? Does anyone know?

Figuring at most 4 calories in a teaspoon (probably not that much, but if it's under 5 calories they're allowed to report 0), times 9 teaspoons (3 teaspoons in a tablespoon, going with the 3 tablespoons you're estimating)...that would be 36 calories.0

Thanks -- that is a great way to estimate, and I can handle 36 calories in my calorie macro.0

There's an entry in the database titled "Mustard - yellow" with a green checkmark. Shows 10 cals per tablespoon. Macros are all listed under it, too.
I normally not log mustard, but I'm using less than a teaspoon a day. In your case, I would be likely to log it as well.0
