hello everyone! Looks like we're all here for the same reason and from the looks of things have some good tools to help. I look forward to chatting with some of you in the months ahead. I lost my first 1# after 5 days and am getting more and more familiar with this app. I'm 63 and had a spinal fusion, and have 2 knee replacements at some point so it is hard to get a lot of exercise, but I think this will help me get a handle on my eating. So far, so good, and so revealing, too?..
