I lose my motivation as soon as I get home ☹

    I know how you feel! I get home from work and there's the threenager (lol) and the husband and chores and tasks and all I really want to do is go to bed and watch Netflix. But I give myself some chill time with family, check a few tasks off my list, and hit the elliptical as soon as the boy is in bed. My goal this week is to hit the elliptical 5 times! Only did 3 last week, but found some yoga online that was great. Add me!

    I feel you! I do as well. Last week, instead of getting in PJs and Netflix binging as soon as I got home from work, I put on work-out clothes. Then, I would do a quick chore around the house, and a quick 30 min workout. For me, that feeling of accomplishment after a work-out is so addicting. I try not to talk myself out of it.

    Another thing I do, as I read from other forums, id read success stories when I don't feel motivated. It really helps!
