Anyone gained weight with mfp?

I've tracked fairly consistently for about a year and have gained 4.6 pounds. When I don't track I tend to maintain. I am wanting to lose about 20 pounds..

    I think you are going to hear a lot of "NO" answers, because the people that have gained weight stopped using MFP. Anyone that has gained weight while intending to lose on MFP, most likely hasn't been weighing their food with a food scale, has over estimated their exercise calories (and eaten them all back) or hasn't truly been honest with themselves...you know when you don't log it so it doesn't count type thing.
    Start over, read the stickies, set realistic goals and track your progress.

    Since you have a year of data, you should look back at it to determine how many calories you've been eating. Then cut those by 10-20% to lose.
