I'm looking to lose a goal total of 50 pounds. I could use some motivation!!!

    Not an organized one, haha. I linked my Fitbit with this. So, staying in competition gives me some more motivation too. I need to learn how to properly meal plan for on the go and home. I'm also getting married in May, so any weight loss would be great for that but clearly not 50 pounds by then.

    If you winged your wedding without planning it, it probably wouldn't go well. Weight loss usually will go the same. Here's a way to plan so it can be more specific:
