Fatigue and weight loss

I've recently noticed that my sleeping patterns directly affect my eating habits. I'm very anxious most of the time and this in turn makes it hard for me to sleep. On days where I get less than 7 hours of sleep I noticed I eat a lot more mostly because I feel it gives me more energy. Basically when I am tired I tend to binge. Any ideas on how to avoid this?

I don't get anxious, but I have trouble getting my mind to shut off when trying to sleep. I try and distract it from thinking by listening to sports talk radio. Maybe you should find a way to distract your mind to avoid anxiety?0

I would recommend talking to a doc and ask for blood work if this is affecting you. I was diagnosed anemic and once I started taking iron supplements, my energy skyrocketed. Additionally, I find that the more tired I am, the more anxious I get. My focus is off and I get caught In my head and have a difficult time grounding myself.
If this is out of your possibilities, try looking for relaxing things as the other poster mentioned. Yoga was a huge help for me.0
