I just tried this recipe tonight and it was really good. Even my quinoa hating husband ate it. There is a lot of flavor in the quinoa, disguising it's boring facade. http://www.foodfaithfitness.com/easy-tilapia-recipe-with-cilantro-and-lime/

I might have to try it. I can do Talapia a bunch of ways, but I've yet to make quinoa I liked!0
