    ill try and explain it without it being too complicated and nerdy.

    basically, every picture on the internet has an address to it
    you find this by right clicking on the image and going to "copy image address".. or you open the picture up, and copy the address in the address bar

    to put it on the forums.. you have to type a code.

    that code is [ i m g ] *insert address of picture or gif here* [ / i m g ]

    then you remove all the spaces.

    I hope this makes sense.
