I am a triathlete who almost topped the podium in some major races last year, last thing to do is keep track of my diet and lose a bit of weight. if anyone needs advice or help with exercises let me know. And if you cant count calories because of where you are just measure using your hand. look up online how to do that. example, your fist is a cup of food.
