Hi everyone, I'm a 33 year old cop with poor eating habits but I'm hoping to change that. I workout regularly, but I can't seem to get my diet right. I'd like to lose about 30 lbs of fat. I want to make some friends with similar goals, so feel free to add me.

Are you using the calorie counter?

Also, not sure if this would work for you, but when I work (not a cop), I take a lunch box. It has my lunch and a few snacks. If it's not in the lunch box, I don't eat it. And I add it all up before I go to work, and between breakfast and lunch and snacks, I try to keep it to less than half my daily calories. Then I can "pig out" somewhat on dinner.

Yes Sir. Hope that this app will help me do that

Yes, it's pretty good. As a rule of thumb I try to enter the calories before I eat them. It makes me think about it a little more.

If you're SERIOUS, you'll do it. If not, then you may be back again next year giving it one last try.

    This might help:
