Single, working parents, what are your strategies to get in your exercise? I'm finding it very difficult to stick to a routine. Between a very demanding job, a rambunctious 3 year old, and a needy 16 year old....I'm BEAT!!! Suggestions appreciated!!!

Have the 16 yo babysit the baby? Offer some motivation, like a bit extra allowance?
Take the 3 yo to some activity where you can exercise too, like swimming lessons in a pool where you can swim too, or a dance class in a place offering also classes for adults etc?
    Go for a walk together?

Routine is hard with kids, especially if you find yourself fitting in workouts around their schedule.

When my kids schedules are busy and finding time to workout is hard, I usually make time. For me, that means I usually get up early for a workout before they wake up. I also find that I need to manage my time better... get the dishes done right after dinner so I can go to bed when they go to bed, rather than having to stay up and clean/pick-up, that sort of thing.

I also find that after a week or so, my body gets used to the adjusted schedule and getting up early isn't nearly as miserable.
