It can't ALWAYS be 221 cals- Break out the food scale! I've seen bananas alone that are 200 cals.0 -
Some people report that they can better control all kinds of cravings if they avoid fruit, but everyone's different. If you're staying within your calorie goals and your weight is dropping, you're fine. A lot of us do better with portion control than with categorizing all our food as "good" or "bad." There are tons of studies out there, but they all contradict each other, so the most important information you're going to get is from your own progress.0

He's not as smart as this app is It's all math, CICO, your smoothie is a perfect breakfast if it satisfies you0 -

OP, I agree with this piece of advice. Get a food scale if you don't have one. Preferably a digital one. I use one, so I know that my smoothie is always going to be a set number of calories. It increases when I add protein powder or flax seeds. But the base is always 115 calories.0
