Struggling but determined !

My problem is age old, I want to be thinner and healthier but hey if a wish list is being drawn up can I be taller too ? I am determined to loose about a stone and a half, I put 2 stone on during a recent illness and now the medication does not help weight loss but It will not beat me, I have a holiday coming and I want to see the whales not feel like one ! Any support would be so appreciated, its horrible feeling like the only one struggling !
