Living in Holland can be very boring: 52 shades of grey is nothing if I look out of the window around this time of the year... So making yourself comfortable with a nice capuccino, a laptop and the dog resting on my legs on the couch is the first thing to do as soon as the little man is off to school.
Knowing that my burn-out is not doing me any good in the sportsdepartment-after so many years of running my own cateringcompany my body decided don't move no more, so last year I was only getting sick and injured trying to be sporty.
So combine a physical burn-out with my cateringqualification and you do the math! Chubby is an expression that doesn't quite cover it.

To be more accurate I'm fat, 227 lbs is very embarassing and one of the two personal details-yep the other is my age-that I am never, NEVER EVER honest about.
So here is the thing: I have to get back in shape and become very sexy again so I can keep lying about my age haha, because with this weight there is no way that I get away with faking the shape underneath the clothes or putting on make up in order to hide the two chins...
And besides all the vanity, my best friend died last year being 49 years old, being sporty and beautiful, but way too young and actually I do get panick attacks about being so unhealthy that something will happen to me too.

Being lazy on docters advice I have been checking on Pinterest all the fingerlicking cakes and other rich foods- I gain weight by just looking at those pics- you probably have the same problem-I decided to get myself organised and prepared to start this year being HEALTHY AND MOTHERF...... SEXY and have abs to show off and have heads turned at the beach and people staring at me with envy....and a zillion extremely attractive men fighting to get my phonenumber
I mean why not, if I have to do all the work and get in shape let's go all the way right?

In the meantime I started yesterday..... and I know there is a long way to go, because as much as I love to cook I absolutely hate excercise, hate being on a diet and have zero discipline.
Three ingredients which are very Necessary if I want to reach my goal.

I GUESS I AM TRYING TO TELL YOU I WILL NEED YOU GUYS BADLY!!

Actually I don't want to make friends, I know I sound terrible, but what I mean is, I need people to kick my butt, tell it like it is, call me lazy and make sure I keep my eyes open wide to work towards my goal!

Please help me and in return I will post every day with my personal tips and tricks and low-call fresh food recipes and sometimes a joke to keep you going as well.

As for now, thanks for reading and I do appreciate all the advice if you would like to leave any, since I have no clue about this wonderful phenomene called MFP.
