18 YEARS OLD AND NEED BUDDY!

Hello all,
I'm 18, so far ive lost 7 pounds from my SW, but still 20 pounds over where I want to be/ where I once was! The biggest issue I have is I am not a good cook, I frequently enjoy ready meals which I know isn't the greatest to eat! I go to the gym and just finished week 2 of Cto5k.. anyone want to help motivate meeeee LOL

Hoping to create a thread where we can all work together and exchange little tips and tricks and motivate eachother! :)

    Hi there! You can add me! It can be hard, but learning to cook for yourself, I think, is a big part of losing weight. You know what you're getting and have more control. Congrats on completing week 2 of Cto5k. Keep it up. I took up running last April, and it has been a major factor in my weightloss (62lbs down).

    I'm 19 and have a lot more to lose than you but i'm experimenting a lot in the kitchen and learning new tricks ^^

    Added you both - find breakfast and lunch the easiest, started off with a bowl of branflakes, and green tea today, and had a ricecake for a snack. I'm up at 7 so the push between breakfast and lunch is tough! For lunch ive got a tuna sandwich thin, and I tend to have it with a bowl of veggies like beetroot sweetcorn and peppers with a few tortilla chips! I'm meant to be going pizza express tonight but ill stick to the leggara pizza which is 500 cals maximum so hopefully will stay within my daily 1230!
