Perch receipe

Hi , I bought some Perch the other day but now have NO idea how to cook it.
The internet gives options such as:
fried perch- NOPE, or Paremsan perch.
I was thinkin maybe in a curry or with a salad but dont want it to be too dry?
Any ideas/help would be good!!
