Hello All,
Ive been using MFP for a few months on and off. I absolutely HATE logging my food, but Im finding that its very necessary for me. I have an enormous amount of weight to lose (150 pounds +). I am currently on week 14 of Turbo Fire, and have lost about 42 lbs in that time. I have stalled recently in my weight loss, and I realize its because of my eating habits. I am GREAT during the week. I eat very little mostly, and really load up on veggies. The weekend is a different story. Im having a hard time controlling my self on the weekends. Anyway, Im just now finally realizing that I need more support from different places. I am a mother of two, a wife to a man who is supportive of my goals, but does not share the same motivation (he is overweight too), and that makes things doubly as difficult. I could really use nutritional help, and how to curb night time cravings. I must must have a snack before bed, but cant really get away from the bowl of cereal type snack. I would love to connect with others who are facing the scale of battle that I am. 100 lbs feels so impossible to me...its scary.
