Hello everyone! I really want to try the whole30 with no cheat days before Valentine's Day! ❤️ if anyone wants to join in I think I'll start today or tomorrow! You can join anytime you want and you can have cheat days! I'm just one who fails when I have a cheat day! Add me or message me for any details! Let's go 2016!!!

I just started my 4th round of the Whole30. I love it. I'm doing it until the 12th of Feb so I'll join you!0

I'd caution against using the Whole30 as a reliable source of nutrition information. The way they have designed their elimination/reintroduction phases has some issues as well that may prevent people from accurately identifying food sensitivities. That is great stuff Mike! I don't do Whole30 for any other reason than it is a structured way of eating that makes me feel great. I like guidelines and left to my own devices I would exist only on french fries and margaritas. There is so much conflicting (and often, unsupported) opinions on the internet, I just eat what A) I can afford (organic is expensive and I have approx zero time/patience to do my own gardening) makes my body feel good. I very much appreciate your well researched and cited articles. Thank you for posting!0
