How noticeable is a 15-20lb on loss on someone who is already relatively thin

I was wondering if you or someone you know has lost about 20lbs does it make a big difference? I have been 20lb lighter before ( in high school and college) and still wore roughly the same sizes as I do now but I was a lot more toned and felt much lighter. And by relatively thin I mean someone on the higher or the middle of the "healthy" bmi. Feel free to post before and after pics

I am 5'4 and I can tell you that 120 and 140 is VASTLY different for me. The one on the left is roughly 140 and the one on the right is roughly 120.

If you can see my gallery, the first pics I'm at the top of "normal" BMI at 157lbs. Last set of pics I'm about 141-143 lbs, very middle BMI range for my height (5'7). For me, I dropped 3 pants sizes with 15lbs loss and strength training focus the whole time.
I'd say a marked change for me (exceeded my own expectations).0 -
big difference on me and is very noticeable to others, especially on the butt and legs. i was up to 132, now 110-111lb (2-3lbs away from bottom of healthy range). in all honesty, if it was not for the very noticeable belly fat, i would of prefered to be at 120, that weight made me look healthy and not on the thin skinny side (every where but, the belly/torso area that is).. if i could figure out a way to gain back some of the weight without it automatically going to my belly area first, i would do so.0

Thank you everyone. I guess I should've added is it less noticeable If you are taller? I am somewhere between 1.75m and 1.77m tall. I am
Not sure of my exact height but I think on taller people the weight is less noticeable maybe ? I forgot about that. Even still I think the 20 should be very noticeable0 -
I've lost 13 lbs and it's noticeable on me. I started at 156 (there's 1 pic of me at 156 in my profile) and now I'm 143. It's especially noticeable in my stomach area.0
