Fit but wanting to get fitter?

Hey All. I am a personal trainer and Pilates instructor. I love fitness and am pretty active...but I've slacked over the last year letting my focus be on my clients and have gained 20lbs and overall feel blah and need some support!
I always say every trainer needs to be trained also!!!
I have a pretty good workout plan for a 12 week fitness challenge want to lose at least 15 pounds and bring my BMI down by 10%.

Looking for some flab to fit buddies!!!!

    You gained 20lbs in a year yet you want to crash diet to lose 15 in 12 weeks?

    more than a pound week is very doable if you reallly control your food/nutrition and exercise...good luck with your plan

    That's only 1.25 pounds per weak, very doable, hardly a "crash diet".

    I'm a bodybuilder and 15 in 12 is nothing.
