Awesome, EASY, lunch/dinner recipe.

One large boneless, skinless chicken breast (about 14oz) cubed. .5 cup of any light spaghetti sauce, 2 tbsp sour cream. Combine everything and heat up at work for 2.5 minutes. Taste like mozzarella sticks with marinara but way healthy and yummy!!

I was wondering that, too. Oof, that's enough chicken for me and my three kids combined for dinner. If it is 14 oz. (and 600+ calorie meal), I'd rather have a smaller portion of chicken, plus a couple baked mozzarella sticks, plus I could probably fit a large mixed green salad under 600 cals for a substantial meal. And I'd get a better balance of flavors and nutrition.0
