Hi! We're having Costco's yummy chicken pot pie for dinner tonight. I can find it in the food lister, but all possibilities are listed in ounces, grams, etc. There is also an option for 1/16 of the pie, but that's kind of hard to measure in a pie that has filling sliding everywhere once you cut into it. I want to measure in "cup" servings. Does anyone have ANY idea how to do that for this type of item? Thanks!

So much easier to have a kitchen scale and just weigh your portion. But bottom line: you don't want to know.

Try to go by a name brand one (at least is something). Ex: Marrie Calender's small pie.
670 calories and 41 grams of fat (14 saturated).
1,000 mg of sodium is icing on top.

I found it in gram entry LINK

Oops, didn't realize you didn't want grams...it's probably the easiest way! Just put your bowl on the scale, tare and scoop.
