Teenager looking to get fit and eat better needs friends

I have really bad eating habits and I am in school and don't have much time to move. I am trying to get better eating habits and start working out on a regular basis and I need some help and support.

Welcome hunter, you are welcome to friend me. My tips: drink plenty of water, many times I wasn't hungry I was thirsty. Eat Slower (I am a bad fast eater), try not to eat while gamming, watching tv (its tough I still do it but am trying) log all your calories here, you will be amazed at what is high calorie. I used to eat the Walmart indulgent trail mix, it was brutally high in calories, now I measure out a serving size instead of big handful. try and get into some kind of routine for workouts, (10 pushups before bed is better than nothing) Find some games or sports for exercise, when I played racquetball everyday it was the best shape of my life and didn't feel like a chore.

Hey, i'm 19 and in university studying medicine so I don't have much spare time xD
I make overnight oatmeal to have in the morning because I know i'll be too tired to make something and it keeps you really full.
I experiment a lot in the kitchen so no two meals are the same but i've cut out junk food, white bread, etc. and am trying to eat more veggies and fruit.
I try to drink 2 litres of water a day and I always allow myself a little treat so I don't go mad with cravings
As for exercise, I walk everywhere, try to take the long way round, and also downloaded some seven-minute workouts on my phone.

Good Evening Hunter2224, you are welcome to add me. My advise is to carry a small tasty sandwich (stop you buying unhealthy food from the shop),drink plenty of water and find an enjoyable sport.
