    Hi, I am 53 and sadly now have 28lbs to lose , I've always 'wished' to lose 10-14 lbs but since last year my exercise has been curtailed to being non existent due to surgery and the weight has increased. Yikes! Was never this heavy even when pregnant! This year I WILL have the excess pounds gone for summer, if earlier all the better! Please request me as a friend if you wish (unsure how to do it!)
