What's the quickest way to get rid of swollen fingers, so I can get my rings off again to clean them?

    Ooohhh I am about 2-2.5litres.

    Dip your fingers in cold/ice water. That should decrease swelling.

    then use oil or fairy liquid to help slide them off

    soap, oil, patience and a lot of 'wiggling' it

    there is also a trick using an elastic i saw while back on youtube. google/youtube something like ' how to remove ring swollen finger' and it should come up
