I have started a food plan from my personal trainer and I'm absolutely loving it! The part I am learning is the portion sizes....woah they're bigger than what I've had before! It's a fab food plan and I've started following The body coach on instagram for further recipe ideas....he's amazing! The book "Lean in 15" looks fab too! On another note, if you live in the Newcastle area, get yourself to a place that stocks The Naked Deli, their snacks are amazing and are not counted as cheat snacks! The raw snickers is an absolute must!
