I have no taste for anything right now with having this cold but forced myself to eat:

1 cup Uncle Ben's ready whole grain brown rice
2-3 oz turkey
1 cup diced tomatoes

heat and mixed all together, it was missing taste, I usually get the diced tomatoes that are flavored with orageno and basil and I grabbed the wrong can this time.

I will have a cup of mix fruit in a little bit with a cup of skim milk

    0.5 cup mushrooms all together

    Then
    for dessert
    1/2 cup melon
    1/2 cup pineapple..

    I love those Weight Watchers frozen meals. Today was Lemon and Herb Chicken, but my all time favorite is the Santa Fe Rice and Beans, mmmmmmmmmmmm good stuff. Oh, and I had an apple today too. Granny Smith style,mmmmmmmmmmmm good stuff.

    I did very bad today... I ran alot of errands... too tired to figure out a healthy lunch.

    Yet somehow I've lost another inch. Wtf. Must be all my battling the kobolds... I mean, serving the customers. Yeah I really love my job... not!
