fave high-protein, low cal snack/meal?

I'm in serious need for some more protein inspiration, I do not get enough of it daily. I'm thinking of buying some protein bars, but know I need more ideas than just that! What do you suggest for some high-protein, low calorie snack/meals?

I started drinking Shakeology for breakfast every morning. I love Chobani flavored greek yogurt. You could try protein powder instead of protein bars. It will be lower in calories and carbs for just one scoop.0

I love fish on the grill!!!!!
We love bluefish, tuna steaks and talapia this way . I lay the fish on a larger piece of foil and add some lemon juice and lemon pepper or Ms. Dash and make little foil packets. I seal up the packet and pop em on the grill until they are flaky and no longer pink. Love it!!!!!0 -
Prawns.. or Shrimp.. Really low in cals but high in protien (low fats ect too)0
