Hello...... Ummmm..... I'm not used to socail fitness things like this.
I normally tryed doing my health programs on my own but I found that.
I need the support of people recently to feel like I am making a differance.
I used to weigh 483.8 pounds but I have been trying to lose wieght.
So after.... with deit and exercise I am down to 378.3 pounds.
My goal is to get down to 200 pounds...... or less by the year 2023 and keep it off!
Ummmmm so yeah, that is all that I have to say for now.
If you want to get to know me than..... please get to know me by talking to me.

Hey Cynthia, you have done amazingly well so far and this is a great way to keep you motivated. I struggled to lose weight for many years but since I've been using this app it's been so much easier. It really helps you learn to understand what you are eating. The best advice someone gave me is to log on to the app every day and add everything even if you have a bad day so that it becomes a habit and part of routine.0

I sometimes need that motivational support.
That is why I asked people if they knew of anything for weight loss.
