You can thank me now *Drake voice*....

Just kidding, just kidding, just kidding. With my rude self. But truly, these are THE best, so I had to share! You'll look at the ingredients and think ehhh nothing special. But many awesome things are made from seemingly useless parts, so just trust me. I've made a billion billion thousand [that is a directly quoted number from one of my 3rd graders after having been asked how many people she thought lived in Egypt.. a billion billion thousand (No) Oh.. 25??)] turkey burgers, and these are by far the best. The only I make anymore, in fact. Try them and let me know what you think! :)

***While these are cooking, take 10 minutes to carmelize up an onion. Soooo necessary!!***

INGREDIENTS: (this makes 4 burgers, 256 calories each)

1 slightly beaten egg
3 Tablespoons seasoned fine dried breadcrumbs (whole wheat work great too!) (Not Panko)
1 Tablespoon fresh parsley or 1 teaspoon dried parsley
1 Tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
1/4 teaspoon garlic salt (not garlic powder!!!)
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 lb ground turkey (93/7 is cool)
4 slices thin sliced Swiss cheese

DIRECTIONS:

1) In medium bowl, combine first 6 ingredients well.
2) Add turkey, mix well.
3) Shape into 4 patties. Grill on pre-heated (med/med-highish), sprayed grill pan for 6 minutes. Flip and grill another 6-7 minutes (throw cheese on like 5 minutes before done).
4) Top with caramelized onions.

So dope! Enjoy!!!
