Settling into life after divorce

After the emotional and whirlwind of divorce with kids, I want to know what people...men and women... are doing to get rid of the weight put on during the process.
I recently got back into the gym bc I like working out and it absorbes some of the alone time that I wanted but can't take at times.
Eating for one is a big problem I didn't expect along with making healthy meals for me and my kids and staying away from drive through.

And of course with newly divorce comes the dating... the confidence to know you are good enough along with eating healthy while dating is hard.

    Its best to start with a healthy diet first and try to be more active throughout the day.
