Are Diet Snapple Packets added to water ok?

I have an extremely hard time with drinking water and have been using the Diet Snapple packets to enhance my water. Is this ok and does it count towards my daily water intake???

    Yes they are ok. Yes that counts towards your fluid intake.
    All liquid counts towards your fluid intake.

    Except for drinks containing alcohol. And I suppose oil is technically a liquid but don't count that either. ;)

    Its fine, I like to water them down a little further than they say because full strength is too much. Just be aware that they still have calories and should be logged. I realized one packet of crystal lite is actually two servings of 5cal each so watch out!
