Hey guys.
I can't say I'm new to myfitnesspal but I have never visited the community section, I have been on and off for a while but this time it's different, I'm on a 10 days streak and I won't stop, I don't feel much hungry over the days and I can feel and see that I'm losing weight. It would be great if I can find a weight loss buddy to encourage each other. It kinda seems I'm the only guy here or something :)

    You're welcome. :] I started setting smaller goals today, and then I'm gonna work my way to my bigger goal. I'm hoping to lose 10 pounds by March 1st. I lowered my calories yesterday from 1560 to 1350 because I wasn't seeing a change in my weight, and it's definitely not easy when you're always hungry all the time. haha

    Thanks guy I added all of u, hope we all lose weight and reach our goal. I also made a group named fat burners and it's aiming for reaching goals at the end of may.
