Hey fellow Myfitnesspals!

I hope you guys are enjoying every step on your health journey.
I am so close to reaching my day 100 on here, and I have lost over 10 pounds and maintained it through the holidays. However, I had a week or so of indulging because my brother was in town so we did more eating then usual and I could not get to the gym or do home workouts like I normally do. Then, to top things off, the last day he was in town I had all four of my wisdom teeth extracted. I am on my 5th day of healing. All I have been eating is ice cream sundaes, pudding, apple sauce, instant mashed potatoes, oatmeal and today I was able to have rotisserie chicken and a sweet potato. I have been on "bed rest". (Ok maybe the past couple days I have been up and about because I couldn't take it anymore).
I need help getting back into the swing of things again. I already know I put on at least a couple pounds and I hate to see the scale when I check it because i have been so good. I'm starting my third semester in college tomorrow and I'm taking 6 medical classes so I'll be more busy then ever.
Do you guys have any advice on how I can get back to business and get healthy and active again? I still am healing after surgery a bit so I'm still on mainly soft foods. But how can I manage the transition, and managing a healthy lifestyle and being a busy college gal?
Thanks! Anything will help:)

Your healing process is priority #1. Try to concentrate on a variety of protein rich soft foods, together with your applesauce, etc. Walking regularly, or picking up the pace while you are up and about should help. After you heal, do bursts of exercise, here and there, as you can, and don't stress. A little bit, done consistently, can produce results over time.
