Do you get 8 hours of sleep? Are you drinking a ridic amount of water? You also need to adjust your calories as you lose if you have not already. Don't forget to track measurements because the scale will not show any recomp that may be happening.

you either have to eat less or burn more or both............plateaus are really maintenance......what you are doing right now will maintain your current weight

How much is "not a lot?" How are measuring it? Do you log exercise? Are you eating back exercise calories?

Why wouldn't you just type the info into the thread?

You need to give a lot more detail to get an answer.
And for those who think just eating less is the answer. It isn't always the answer. I plateaued for 6 months because MFP suggested I go down to 1200 calories a day. Didn't lose any weight on that. Back on 1500, and I'm losing again.

You don't look like you have a lot left to lose. The less you have to lose the longer it takes. It's very easy for bloating and water fluctuations to mask any weight loss at this point, and you have to be extra vigilant with weighing food because the smallest oversight has the potential to eliminate your deficit. Like others said, more information is needed to pinpoint the issue.
